Description
Vac410 Seal Bar Assembly (2 Holes)
Old style Seal Bar Assembly has 2 holes at the base. (BAR DOES NOT ALIGN WITH NEW STYLE. UNIT MUST HAVE 2 SEAL BAR LIFT PISTONS)
Vac410 Seal Bar Assembly is one of kind when it comes to bar assemblies for home use. We wanted to create units with endless options when it came to sealing. Toolless removal of the seal bar assembly makes for fast changeovers and ease of use!
Measuring in at 24″ this bar provides an exceptional seal width for a small unit. The seal bar is for sealing common chamber vacuum pouches. Equipped with a single 10mm heat strip, capable of providing the additional heat and pressure needed for incredible seal integrity. The heat strip residing in the core of the assembly is a flat wire.
Are you running a lot of product on your Vac410? Do you need a back up in the event that you do not have time to replace a heat strip or seal bar tape? Simply buy a second or even third one to have around the house in the event that your stock seal bar goes down.
COMMON USES:
•Seal chamber vacuum pouches
SEAL & COOLING TIME:
Fold over the pouch mouth leaving about a 2-4 inch clearance. This will prevent moist products from leaving behind residue or debris in the seal area.
2 – PREVENT WRINKLES
Lay pouch flat across seal bar assembly inserting the mouth entirely into the bag clips. If you are working with a low profile product in your pouch, then be certain to fill the void below the product with filler plates.
3 – INSPECT WELD
The seal should have a perfectly continuous crosshatch pattern across the entire mouth of the package. Small blemishes are typically not of concern. Simply use the resistance test to check the strength in that potentially compromised area.
4 – RESISTANCE TEST
Simply tug at the mouth of the pouch to ensure complete adhesion has taken place. If you are unable to rip apart, you have performed a solid weld/seal.
